Returns Policy

The BIG Watch Company offer a 14 day returns policy, which contains specific criteria on certain products. Please take the time to read this policy before you purchase. Purchase of any of our products will be taken as your agreeing to these terms.

The process:

You must adhere to the following process otherwise it may result in a delay in your claim.

• All returns must be requested via email within 14 days of purchase.
• You will need to provide your full name, address, order date and order number.
• We will then arrange for the product to be collected, using UPS, back to our warehouse. There will be a GBP(£)12 charge deducted from the refund of the product, to cover return shipping and insurance. However, there is no restocking fee.
• We will notify you of the date and time that UPS will collect the item from you (a date and time that is mutually suitable). There will be a signature required when the order has been collected.
• If the condition of the product is satisfactory and it is outside the criteria set in this policy, we will credit your account within 14 days.

Non returnable criteria:

We cannot accept returns on any products that fit the following criteria;

• Products made to order. Angular Momentum & Porsche Design are two brands that we carry, which are specially ordered for you.
• Any orders over GBP(£)1000, or multiple purchases of 2 or more, cannot be returned unless we sent the wrong product.
• Any promotional items, discounted items, or second hand pieces, will not be accepted for return.

Non refundable criteria:

We will not refund your money if;

• The products you have purchased have been used in any way shape or form. I.e. All items must have original packaging, warranty cards (unused, not bent and not filled in), instruction booklets (not dog eared or bent), security seals must not be broken, all tags in place on the watch, the plastic covers on the top and bottom of the watch must still be there, & the products should be in the same condition as we shipped them to you.
• There is any sign of use or damage i.e. missing links, leather strap modification or wear, or any blemishes on the products e.g. scratches, smudges, chips or nicks (dent) or foreign matter, e.g. dirt, oil, grease the products will be sent back to you and the payment to us will stand.

If all of the above is adhered to, then we will credit your account within 14 days of receiving the product back.

The returns policy applies to the UK only.

The Big Watch Company takes great pride in its products and all are checked prior to shipment to you.
